I have just turned 45. I was 64kgs and am now 64kgs.. but there is a reason for this. When I started with Jenny I genuinely hated eating and maybe myself. I felt overweight, exhausted and overwhelmed. I was weighing myself almost daily and snacking a lot while eating very little breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was also fasting 14 hours a day.. I was miserable.

Jenny was able to pick up fast that I was in calorie deficit and basically starving myself. She slowly started to get me eating.. more protein, more salad and more veg.. less snacking..

13 weeks later.. lot of calls and support from this gorgeous Irish lady I feel amazing.. my head is clear.. I am happier and healthier.. I started F45 so I also feel strong and fit.
